Chicken Wild Rice Soup Recipe

Chicken Wild Rice is a popular Christmas dish in America, where growth (in some areas) of wild rice in abundance. This meal is ideal for a healthy winter dinner with your family and friends. It is easy to cook and can easily be served at your table in just 50 minutes. Go out with this delicious soup recipe and try your house again.
Ingredients
Chicken broth - 2 liters
Fresh mushrooms, chopped - 1 / 2 pounds
Celery, finely chopped - 1 cup
Grated carrots - 1 cup
Onion, finely chopped - 1 / 2 cup
Chicken stock granules - 1 teaspoon
dried parsley flakes - 1 teaspoon of tea
Garlic powder - 1 / 4 c. Tea
dried thyme - 1 / 4 c. Tea
Margarine or butter - 1 / 4 cup
All-purpose flour - 1 / 4 cup
Cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
Chicken or extra dry white wine - 1 / 2 cup
Cooked wild rice - 3 cups
Chicken cooked and diced - 2 cups
Directions
Do give a large pot and mix ingredients such as chicken broth, fresh mushrooms, chopped finely chopped celery, carrots, finely chopped onions, chicken broth granules, dried parsley, garlic powder and dried thyme. Boil for some time. Reduce the heat put a lid and cook for about half an hour.
Melt the butter in a saucepan or pot. Flour until the mixture is smooth. Slowly whisk in broth mixture. Boil and cook the mixture for 2 minutes and stir until thickened. Mix wine and soup or broth. Add some rice and chicken thoroughly, the mixture.
You can make other vegetables of your choice to a delicious soup.
